Because I can't think of a good one at the top of my head, and these guys are pretty.

I breed anything I can with male coppers, especially green... ^^°
Always have the problem with the copper breeding mechanics, but I love how both the Xol colors look next to brown one, so that's a plan. Blue one looks really nice with the green copper and the beown one next to red copper, so definitly getting female Xols from the marketplace to work around the male copper biome problem.

 

They might look really nice with Ash, Blacktip and Spirit Wards so definitly trying that with either gender and color variation. Maybe also Khusa, but mainly the blue ones.

 

Not sure if I'll do this myself:
Candelabra, Ember or magma would either be a nice compliment or contrast.

Desipis, especially for the brown variant.

 

You could get really interesting color variation lineages paired with Guardian of Nature. Should result in Avatar of Destruction if I'm not mistaken, so much options to alternate or match the warm and cold colors.

 

Also Hellfires if you alternate gender/color each generation fo match or contrast.

 

And then Golds and Gaia Xenos go with anything so will give that a try eventually. Guess I will not breed much else in the near future. ooops

What is going on with the Xol breeding? 🤔

I just got a Water Walker egg from Xol, and I've seen a Stripe egg and someone even got a Shimmerscale from Xol. And yet Xols only cost 100 shards in the Market so they can't be rare, right?

I can't believe no one's suggested seragammas yet, they look fantastic with orange xols.  I don't know how to make a lineage preview, but here's one that I bred and abandoned.

I like the browns with Kingcrowne's! Not sure if I like male kingcrowne female xol or male xol female kingcrowne better yet tho, I think I'd get a better picture if I'd figured out how to make a lineage preview..

However, I also got a Pink from Crystalline when those had just been released (I even asked in the "Tiny Little Questions" thread), so maybe the chances for new releases have just been tweaked a bit?

I'm not seeming to have any issues breeding them and getting Xols in return. I haven't tried too many pairs yet though, if they were rare wouldn't it say no egg produced most of the time?

Probably not this soon as the breed has just been introduced. But normally you get far more of new dragon species, especially compared to popular dragons like prizes, and older dragons like stripes. But people are reporting getting not-Xol eggs fairly early, which is why I'm concerned.

Also, i completely missed a meeting, how do you get the different colors of Xol? Is it random, or can you make sure somehow you get one or the other color?

You just have to incubate the egg with a red dragon to obtain the brown variety of Xol, do nothing for the blue version.

How about a blue/red mixed lineage with Alcedine Wyverns?
