I see the wiki does list it for 4 biomes, so there is a bit of conflict. There is no dragon in the encyclopedia that is listed for those 4 biomes only, so I am afraid we have to take another path. I can fill in gendered nebula hatchling. I don't normally keep ungendered frozen hatchlings. The correct breed has been guessed.
