I need to get Ballistic Weave for my settlers. I want to try and keep as many people alive as possible. Lost two Minutemen already D:

 

Do your NPCs die Spirit?

I don't know

I guess they can!

If this is terraria yes npcs can die (some can only be found underground being attacked and if you don't rescue them they'll die and you'll have to find them again) but they respawn, once you have them unlocked. The guide can die multiple times if you want to farm the wall of flesh (which requires chucking a guide voodoo doll into lava).

Apart from your axe murderer who is now possibly wearing someone elses' face, can they fight against enemies?

They can fight against enemies, usually the guys who sell weapons do at least (I think, not sure the differnece between modded npcs and not)

 

Once again still assuming this is terraria.

Yeah they can fight but not that strong.

Is it possible to give them gear in Terraria?

 

I'm trying to decide what I should slap on my Minutemen at the Castle.

 

Sturdy Metal Armor or Heavy Metal Armor

 

Heavy Metal is stronger, but I think Sturdy looks better.

 

They won't be wearing the metal helmets either.

No... the only NPC's in it do stuff, sell stuff, theres no useless NPC's and they all respawn after they die.

 

Terraria is nothing like dragons dogma!

If carnivores could spawn right when u just started and killed either adam or eve then it's officially extinction unless he/she finds a wanderer..

Hope that wont happen in the demo or to me.

I was just pointing out that killed NPCs respawn in both games.

 

In most of the games I have played, NPC are either unkillable or die for good.

I play 2 games and they are niche and WC:UT.
