Posted July 8, 2017 (edited) Name: Zekrom (nicknamed as Kuro by N) Universe: Pokémon (Black Version timeline) Gender: Genderless (they/them) Species: Zekrom Appearance: Link (9' 10" tall) Personality: Being the Legend of Ideals, Zekrom can come off as idealistic due to their desire to see all ideals fulfilled. However, beneath this is a Zekrom who is weary. Tired of a nigh-pointless desire forced by their very nature. Tired of the feeling of incompletion, yearning for a balance of Ideals and Truth so that the three shards might be united once again. Tired of the endless quest thrust on them millennia before by the splitting, by the power of a hero-king's ideals. Zekrom is fairly approachable for a dragon Legend, but they still have their secrets. They will take risks in order to see something through, as safety isn't always possible. Zekrom prefers not to talk much about being a Legend - some Legends may be godly, but others are not, and they dislike being confused for a god. Millennia of imprisonment in the Dark Stone have left Zekrom fairly unworldly with respect to things such as technology or modern social customs. Due to being an empath, if in proximity with someone feeling a very strong emotion or a number of someones all feeling the same/similar emotions fairly strongly, Zekrom's overall demeanour can be affected. History: Long ago, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem were all one dragon, the dragon Pokémon of two brothers. Eventually, the two brothers grew apart, pursuing Truth and Ideals. The dragon split, Reshiram joining the one who sought Truth and Zekrom with the one who fought for Ideals. The two brothers warred, the power of Reshiram and Zekrom nearly destroying Unova. When the dragons and their heroes realized what they had done, the Legends fell into a sleep trapped inside the Dark and Light Stones. Many millennia later, a group called Team Plasma awakened Zekrom, using their puppet king N as the Hero of Ideals. Team Plasma attempted to force Unova to give up Pokémon, seemingly ked by N and Zekrom - but Ghetsis pulled the strings from the shadows. Team Plasma's machinations attracted the attention of a girl named Hilda, who set out to stop them, awakening Reshiram and confronting N and Zekrom. The boy king and his Dragon were defeated, and when Ghetsis revealed himself he too was summarily defeated. N left with Zekrom, deciding he needed to learn what it really meant to be the Hero of Ideals. Two years later, Team Plasma attacked Unova again. Hilda and Reshiram set out to stop them, followed by a boy named Nate, and N and Zekrom decided to help stop them. During a confrontation with Ghetsis, Zekrom was forcibly fused with Kyurem into Black Kyurem, hence Nate was made to seperate the two unnaturally joined shards. When Team Plasma was defeated, N attempted to release Zekrom, but Zrekrom refused, preferring to keep travelling Unova alongside N. They continued on... until the Sun came to claim the sky, hurling Zekrom into an unfamiliar world. Abilities/Weapons: Can utilize the attacks Fusion Bolt, Dragon Claw, Thunder Wave, Protect. Ability is Teravolt (negates all Abilities; only affects magical ferals/Pokémon), Nature is Lonely (+ Attack, - Defense). Dragon/Electric type: weak to Dragon, Ground, Ice, Fairy magics, resists Grass, Fire, Water, Electric, Steel, Flying magics. Can speak Pokéspeak and speak telepathically with others - telepathy can pick up others' thoughts as long as the other character wants Reshiram to hear them. As the Legendary Dragon of Ideals, Zekrom can also detect someone's emotions (not all of it, emotion must be moderate at least) and may catch glimpses of other's greatest ideals (to occur when a character's RPer decides). Zekrom is depowered for RP purposes (weaker than the actual gods in mortal form). Zekrom also has their claws and teeth. They can fly, though they prefer land to air.
