Welcome back for another round of the DC Photography contest, come and show us what you've got! 

 

This time, the theme is: In Disguise

 

Costumes, camouflage, illusion cakes, show me something that isn't what it seems.

 

Submission deadline: November 26

 

Voting deadline:  December 3

Rules:

 

- One entry per person.

- A photograph is defined as an image made using a camera or phone camera.

- Screenshots are not allowed.

- Picture has to be made by yourself and can't be just a reproduction of someone's work. If someone else's work is in the picture, there needs to be something extra.

- No manipulation besides basic photo adjustments (contrast, exposure, cropping, color balance, lighting, etc.).

- No text or framing in the photo. A signature/watermark is just fine, but it's preferable if you don't have "O Hai Eye Hav3 T3XT" (or something similar) present in the photo.

- When voting, please don't select your own image. This will ensure fairness.

- You are free to submit an old photo; you don't need to take a new one just for this competition.

- Winner hosts the next contest.

- Hosts may re-use previous themes that have not been used in the last 10 contests.

My roommate got Kiko a bunny hat for her adoption day. Today we learned she does not like hats. (Don't worry; she only had it on for a minute and she immediately went back to happy and begging for attention afterwards, will not be doing hats again for her. She's been ok with a cape before which is why I wanted to try it)

 

I was gonna make a hood for my mom's dog that doesn't mind dress up, but had a very brief opportunity to get a picture later.

Yours was rather clever @sh20000sh I was trying to find the photo I have of an amazing trompe l'oeil wall in Paris to enter with. TODAY I remembered where I put it....

 

This is a perfectly flat wall ! I show it also from a distance.
