The something between something between something is pinched and might have inflammation. Or something got torn. So I had to get an injection in my shoulder between the joints.

I can't even pull up my pants or scratch my back.

My left arm is useless with that

Where do you go from here? Can you take any painkillers?

I got a cortisone injection... So I kinda have to wait for three weeks before getting another. If that doesn't help I have to go for x-rays.

Currently I'm drinking pain killers but it's not strong enough to handle the pain.

Yeah.... and if the x-rays don't look good I might have to get a small operation.

I really don't want that.

But I don't want to cancel. So I just said to bare with me

Yeah letting them know in advance is a good idea. As long as you don't go bowling or anything you should be ok.

The problem is when I actually let my arm rest the pain intensifies.

Or when I even want to lift my mug to drink coffee

That hurts as well.... That's how the whole pain started.

Yeah really not a lot. I can't even lie down to relax cause even that hurts
