ANSWERED:Raffle not working

I have raised more than ten dragons since the start of September and the raffle page still says 0/3.  Is this a site wide glitch?  Can it be fixed?

You have to raise Wyrms

Were any of the dragons you raised Xenowyrms or Red-Tailed Pygmy Wyrms? If not, that's the problem. Only those breeds count towards this month's requirement.

Only Xenos or Red Tail Pygmy Wyrms count.

TJ announced this in the news thread with the August release: 

Raffle

Several new types of raffle have been added, and will appear monthly at random. These include: hatching eggs, gathering dragons of specific body types, elements, or from specific biomes. Look for this to start with next month's raffle.

 

If you look carefully at the raffle page this month you will see that instead of just 3 adult dragons, it says 3 adult wyrms.
