Posted June 7, 2014 (edited) Ceaderwoods High Cedarwoods High, is a just another normal school. But, what it conceals, is all but ordinary. While indeed, the school is made up of humans, it also houses strange beings. Ghosts, werewolves, shifters, all can be found. But, they go unnoticed among the humans. It's been this way for many years, students coming and going. But now, a few students threaten this peace. Romance, hatred, fighting, can the Strange keep it together? Or will they fail, and be persecuted by the humans? This is a 'free-world' RP. You don't necessarily have to strictly follow the plot. Rules - What I say, goes. - Keep it PG-13. Romance is allowed between everyone. - Be creative with names. No Joe's, Frank's, ect. - Characters must be 14-18 years old. You can do it by 'Freshman, Junior, Sophomore, Senior'. - Have fun. More rules might be added. - The only quoted word in the plot is the pass. Freshies (Freshmen) are 14-15 (or even 16). Juniors are 15-16 (or even 17). Sophomores are 16-17 (or even 18). The traumatic experience was too much for Acelin, who originally didn't have a very good homelife anyways, causing Nathaniel to be "created" as a new personality. Nathaniel is the one that had been bitten, abused, thrown out, adopted by his sire and taught how to hunt and kill, while Acelin became the one who thrives under attention and has always been popular, attended school and is "human" so to speak. Personality: Acelin thrives under attention. He's born for it. Sometimes, he's a bit of a conceited jerk and he flirts with anything remotely human. People call him a pervert sometimes, though he is very popular. He has no trouble trying to fit in whatsoever and doesn't show any vampire characteristics or instincts. Instead, Acelin is a real pacifist who hates getting into fights and confrontations and prefers to resolve things peacefully. Nathaniel comes out whenever Acelin is threatened though. In their mind, Acelin thinks of Nathaniel as a protector, an older brother and mentor of sorts. Nathaniel is hostile and quiet, a huge contrast to the flirtatious Acelin. He's always on alert for danger and his vampire characteristics are always on the forefront. He doesn't attack unless provoked or hungry though, but when he does, he has an almost insatiable bloodlust. He's cold and cruel to others and doesn't care for them at all, except for Acelin, of course. Other: Nathaniel is Acelin's alter ego, just to clarify. Username: SL Name: Lycoris Blackwing Gender: Male Age: 18 (Senior) Creature: Lycanthrope Appearance: Lycoris History: Raised with his own kind and acknowledged as the next alpha male of a very influential and wealthy pack, Lycoris was furious when his mother and father shipped him off to "some human dump" to "bond" with "filthy humans". He was unable to change their mind and decided to become a delinquent student, just to piss them off. Personality: Despite being disdainful of most and a "delinquent" on the outside, Lycoris is a very loyal friend if you manage to get him to be your friend. He also gets embarrassed easily and can become shy at the weirdest of times. However, that doesn't mean he's a docile wolf. He has the bloodlust of any lycan and can become aggressively hostile at the drop of a hat. This looks very much like the form pictured above but his chest and lower back are covered in grey feathers. His feet also resemble talons more than human feet and he has a pair of feathery wings that sprout just beneath his shoulder blades. This also accounts for another set of abdominal muscles that he possesses to help support and maintain flight. Of course, since flying is obvious and attracts attention, he is stuck on the ground and cannot actually fly, making his wings pretty useless. This form can be converted easily into a human form through the use of a small illusion passed down through the family to help blend in among humans. The second form is her in water form. She cannot control shifting between this form and the other since naturally water causes her to shift. Her wing and feet fuse and are replaced by a colorful, fish-like tail and sharp feet. Her fingers become claws and the scales wind up her arms, stopping at about her neck level. History: Xerxes is a recent transfer to Ceaderwoods High from a small village in Iceland. After some trouble at home, the entire family moved to where Ceaderwoods is and tried to start fresh. Personality: Rp'ed Other: Sirens originally started as bird-like creatures but have evolved into fish-like creatures in many mythologies. I decided to incorporate both. Like Sirens, Xerxes's voice is very seductive and even though they try to hide it with baggy clothes and loose tee-shirts, so is their appearance. He usually wears a hoodie and jeans, with sneakers of some kind. My only problem with your form is that werewolves in this RP can specifically only turn during the full moon and new moon. Posted June 11, 2014 ((Sure.)) Raven's usual perch was on the school roof. She usually didn't go to her classes. No, that was boring. The only one she really attended was AP Biology. Despite her dark origin, she was drawn by science. She'd managed to land a first period class, so after that, she was free to do as she wished. Technically, she was off the radar. She wasn't officially registered. She just showed up. The teachers didn't care. On occasion though, an admin would catch her and usher her to class. Other than that, no one dared to bother her. The way she carried herself, was enough to deter most. She didn't have any friends. There was people she knew, and would say hello to, but that was as far as it went. She elusive, a loner, a misfit. Rain yawned. History. She knew all about it. She had been there for all of it. That's what happens when you're immortal. The girl rolled her eyes, then raised her hand. Hitler didn't have children. She had assisted in the assassination (of which they'd made to look like a suicide). And how would you know that, Ame? It's Rain. And I know because I was there. You were alive in 1944? I'm sure the deans would love to hear about it. You should go tell them. Now. Rain picked up her stuff and shrugged. Whatever. I could tell you about the Civil War too. The class snickered. On her way out, a boy attempted to trip her. But she brought her foot down with inhuman strength, snapping the bone. Oops, sorry. The boy yelled after her as she rushed out of the room, smirking. Posted June 11, 2014 Sita Usha checked that no one was watching before she removed her head. She cradled it carefully while she touched up her makeup. It was her first day back and she needed to make an impression. She aligned her neck back up and tied it back down with a thin orange scarf. This hid her horrendous neck scar that allowed her to remove her head in the first place. He cracked her neck and walked proudly into the building. Wally was hungry. Wally was mostly always hungry actually. Especially around his fellow classmates. All that sweet human flesh just tempting him at all times. He had a lunch cooler full of uncooked meat stashed in his locker for just the occasion. He popped it open and pulled out a small baggie of quail liver. He popped a few in his mouth and enjoyed the quiet buzzing in the back of his skull that came with the snack. He needed to eat something bigger. Maybe later that night he could go murder a jogger and get a proper meal. It had been a while since he had eaten somebody. Wally watched as Sita passed with a group of her plastic friends. She was unnaturally beautiful and had something dark about her. If you watched her closely you could see tiny signs that all of the Sita you see is a mask. A lie to cover up something far more dangerous. Wally adverted his eyes when she caught his. Best to not shake the lion cage. Sita glared at Wallace when she caught him staring. She had already turned him down a few times. There was no way she was going to be seen with someone like him. Wally was a creep. Always lurking in the shadows and watching people. It was almost like he was hunting. She rolled her eyes and pretended to laugh at whatever Blond Friend #2 had said. She shifted her attention to a girl talking to a boy in the hallway. Her baby bump was at about a seven month size and Sita smiled at the girl, "Good morning Amanda", she said happily. She had been watching Amanda ever since she gotten pregnant. It wouldn't be long until she was a mom and Sita would be right there with her. Sitting on her roof when she comes home to prey on her as she sleeps. She smiled warmly as she passed the couple. Posted June 12, 2014 (edited) Shiro yawned as he jadedly flipped through the history book on the table, pausing occasionally to scribble notes into the smaller notebook on his lap. The school courtyard was seemingly empty, so he had allowed his kitsune parts to turn visible, but they were still out of sight. His hood was pulled over his head and his tail was concealed in his somewhat oversized sweatshirt. His grandmother would probably call his behavior reckless, but he knew he could hide them in an instant if he saw or heard someone approaching. If he hadn't been alone, his behavior would have been completely different. He kicked his feet up onto a nearby empty chair and pulled a small bag of fried tofu out of his pocket, munching on the pieces as he continued studying.
