The healer put some sort of red paste on the bite that smoked and stung, but when she put a white bandage on it the wound felt completely healed. "I've cleansed the wound and sealed it."

Finn waited impatiently for the healer to finish, and then got up. "That snake packed a punch! I've sped up the healing time for the bruise, but you should wait a while here - "

 

Finn pushed aside the healer's words. "I'm fine. Really. I'm going back into battle." He grabbed his double-bladed spear leaning against the wall, walked out of the healer's house. His side really did feel fine. A little sore, and it hurt a bit when he touched it, but he had had worse. When he reached it, the battle was even fiercer than it had been before. He took a breath before he leapt in and stabbed a Chimera in the chest.

 

Finn tried to find the others. When he met a person from the town, he told them to join him. Soon he had a large group of people fighting with him in a wheel. He met the others that he had left for the snake bite. "Join us!" he said. "We can use all our powers together."

Akira nodded at Jade then saw Finn come out not long after. She quickly ran over and said "Of course." As she fought off more Chimera's. Soon Allen and Anita were over there as well, joining the circle. Kye Kye remained tearing at any Chimera she came across, still the same size as the Chimera's.

Riku grinned like a mad dog when he came next to Jade.

Big party, eh? Like it so far?

"It has just started."

You're not telling it's just getting better?

"It is getting better!" Jade smirked as she ran around the battlefield.

"EVERYBODY! JOIN AT THE EDGE OF THE BATTLEFIELD! WE WILL ALL USE OUR POWERS AT THE SAME TIME!" Jade yelled at the same time as she either killed or wounded the Chimeras to the best of her ability.

 

Let's get this party started! Riku shouted.

Finn moved the wheel, following Jade. They plowed through a path of Chimeras, but more just seemed to come. His arms were tiring, as well as his body and mind. Alarm bells started ringing in his head. His hands were slick with sweat and blood, and the blades of his staff were crusted with blood both fresh and crusted. All his throwing knives were gone but one. He narrowed his eyes, combining his powers and physical strength. He swept the staff through the air while at the same time sending an illusion that the blades were huge and on fire. Chimeras jumped back, but it wasn't enough.

 

"On three! One..."

Sansa glanced over at Finn as he lead the wheel closer to the edge of the battlefield. They were very near to the town now; a healer ran out to see what the increased noise was about. She looked back just in time to block a blow from a Chimera with her quarterstaff.

 

She heard somebody yelling. Finn? "...two! Three!" She immediately focused all her energy towards making the powers of the others more likely to make maximum damage.

Akira quickly moved with the wheel as well, Anita and Allen joining. On three, Anita made huge icicles rain down on the Chimeras, Akira made large blades of darkness shoot out into the, and Allen let his anger build up, till he was glowing red, and lashed out at all nearest Chimera's with increased, strength, sending many flying farther into the herd of Chimeras, sometimes knocking others down as they landed, and the sick crunch of bones could be heard whenever they hit the ground.

On three, Jade created a TON of weapons that glowed mischievously. Sending them towards the Chimeras, Riku leaped, snarling as he caught Chimeras into his teeth and claws.

Still creating miscellaneous weapons like swords and shurikens, Jade breathed heavily; it took lots of energy to Create. When she looked around, Jade saw how everybody were using their powers.

"Wow." Jade chuckled as she noticed how strong they were together.

Ren calls Baka off the Chimera as it tries to swipe him off it's back again as it is taken down by another warrior. Ren nods to the other who informs her that everyone is gathering outside the fighting area and plan to combine their powers to fight the Chimeras off. She follows reaching the others pulling her bow out nocking an arrow waiting for a signal.

 

When Finn said three she focused her power to forsee any Chimeras trying to fly away and fires an arrow into a wing. Causing many to fall to the ground to be taken out by the others. Baka focused on protecting Ren from any Chimera that got too close to her.

Finn concentrated on creating illusions of fireballs raining out of the sky. Chimeras leapt out of the way and milled around in panic, but he couldn't physically harm them... or could he? While creating the illusion that he had moved away, he jumped in and, with a shout, drove his staff up a Chimera head's mouth. He slashed the other heads before they thought to retaliate.

Sansa brained a Chimera reptile head, and then knocked a goat head unconscious with the end of her quarterstaff. She increased the probability of Chimeras staggering right into the reaches of the weapons of the other Pohakantens. Were the Chimeras getting less, or was that her imagination?

Akira was now in the middle of the battle, her Katana out and swinging. As she went, random objects made of darkness shot out from her at the Chimera's. Kye Kye was now in the battle as well, biting, tearing, and scratching any Chimera that got near her. Anita had 3 Chimera's frozen by her, and Allen came in crashing through them with a roar, chattering the Chimera's. Anita was panting though, this was getting difficult to keep up, but a quick look around showed many Chimera's now dead. By her count, only 20 remained. And of course she could have double counted in all the chaos.

Panting in exhaustion, Jade looked how the amount of Chimeras had decreased significantly.

"Just... little more..." she grunted as she tried to gather more energy to create shurikens. However, just when the shurikens were forming, the energy blasted in her hands.

"No!" Jade gasped before she fainted from the drain of energy.

Jade! Riku howled as he noticed how his master collapsed.

Sansa whipped her head around when she heard the howl. Jade was lying on the ground unconscious, with Riku howling over him.

 

"We need a healer here!" she yelled. When none came, she had to take action or he would be trampled. She dragged him off of the battlefield, and into the healer's house.

Akira looked over for a sec, to see what was up, only to have to quickly turn back and fight off an attacking Chimera. The amount had already been cut down to maybe about ten, but the Chimera's were being stubborn on fighting.

The healer saw Sansa drag in Jade and ran over and said "What happened to her?" While starting to fawn over Jade to see what she could do to help.

Ren kept shooting arrows at the Chimeras though less and less of their numbers were flying and more were on the ground attacking. Ren foresaw a Chimera running toward her from behind and quickly dropped her bow and grabbed her staff. She turned around and swung her staff just as the Chimera pounced. Hitting it in one of the heads but that didn't distract it enough from it's goal as it landed on top of her. Ren's eyes opened wide as she foresaw her death saying to herself. ” I’m done for." Just as the Chimera raised a paw to strike her down.

 

Baka ran and jumped onto the Chimera's arm biting down on it as hard as he could being shook from side to side by the angry beast. Ren took this chance and rolled out from underneath the Chimera and grabbed an arrow as the snake head bit her in the arm. She stabbed it through the mouth puncturing the brain instantly killing the head and turns to look at Baka who is swiped off by a paw. Baka gets up immediately after hitting the ground but he was bleeding and had his left front paw off the ground.

 

At this point Ren was feeling dizzy from the poison and everything around her became blurry she looks over to Baka and calls to him. "Baka go get a healer and Aki......" The world became black to her and she collapses to the ground. Baka stays until another warrior fights off the Chimera then he runs off to find Akira and a healer.

Akira noticed Baka, but couldn't adress him until she killed off and attacking Chimera. She then said "What's up?" Now sheathing her Katana and pulling out her bow and arrows, shooting at Chimera's from a distance. Kye Kye was off attacking every Chimera she could.

Baka heard Akira and stopped run taking in a few breathes before regaining his composure. Knowing that Akira couldn't understand him he looked over at Kye Kye. "Kye Kye tell Akira that Ren is hurt and needs a healer and that she requested her before falling unconscious." The fox states looking back in the direction that he just came from in worry. Ren please be ok.

[Sylverfinger]

Sansa said, "I'm not sure." She turned to the healer. "When can he be back up again?"

Finn's sweat was trickling down his forehead into his eyes. He chanced a glance around him in a lull in the fighting, and saw Akira, Kye Kye, and Baka. Baka was looking agitated. He went towards them. "What's the matter?"

Kye Kye nodded and relayed the message. Akira gasped, then quickly said to Finn "Ren's hurt..." Before running over to her. Kye Kye quickly ran over and helped out as well. Akira quickly halled Ren into the healers. The healer looked over and said "Another one? Though this one..." She quickly went over to deal with the snake bite. This was one busy day.

Ren was taken to the healers and was being worked on. Baka was split into helping the others or staying by Ren and make sure she was ok. Sighing he ran back to the others and stood next to Kye Kye. "Mind if I tag along? I have nothing better to do until Ren's better." He says growling at a Chimera as it swipped at him.

Kye Kye nodded and said "Sure." Before biting at the same Chimera.

The healer sighed and wiped sweat of her brow and said "She should be fine soon. I got rid of the poison and healed the bite wound." She then went back over to Jade and started working on her again.

(( Sorry something happened to my computer and the only way I could fix it was to return it to factory condition so I am a liitle behind on my rps ^^; ))

 

Baka did a fox grin at Kye KYe then he started nipping at the chimera and drawing it's attention to him so Kye Kye would have a better chance at killing it.

All Ren could feel was pain coursing through her though most of it resided right where the bite was. Even after the healer removed the poison and healed the bite she was in pain. Though after a bit her powers started going haywire giving her multiple flashes of what was going to happen. Grabing her head she cried out then went uncusious again mumbling Baka's name.

 

(( I'm just going to say that she had an alergic reaction to the venom ))

The healer looked back at the girl, and sighed. She must be allergic to the venom. Her healing job should at least keep her alive, but pain and everything else she could not help.

Akira quickly headed out back to fighting. There were only two Chimera's left, the one Baka and Kye Kye were fighting, and one that was evading everyone else, trying to escape with a broken wing. Kye Kye finally got to one of the Chimera's heads as Baka distracted it, and with some quick help from Akira, that Chimera was dead. Only one left.
