Curse you and your restriction! 1995... Kitarou's been around for ages. >_> I guess that means we'll have to go with the 2008 version... If so, Rat Man and Old Man Eyeball are tied.

If there wasn't a restriction on time frame I would say Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho. Since there is a time frame restriction, I'll have to say Kuchiki Rukia from Bleach. I cosplay as her sometimes and I have her sword, Sode no Shirayuki.

I also like Cagali from Gundam Seed and Yomiko from R.O.D. And Blue from Wolf's Rain.

I have a lot of favourites, but Kurama is <3
