Hm. By the scores recorded so far (by the list of points) @BringsTheSnow is WAY in the lead at 66.7%. I don't think those scores are up to date, actually, but that is who is shown way in the lead - should we start a new round and asked them to host ? Has anyone the energy to check all the scores ?

ETA scrap that - I am doing it now....

Gwathgor's last totals - apparently on Dec 11:

Gold Trophy -- 40 points needed to win

baoser (R1: 3; R2: 5; C1: 1; R3: 2; R4: 0; R5: 2) 19 points; 47.5%

Platinum Trophy -- 50 points needed to win

zippuzzle (R1: 2; R2: 4; C1: 0; R3: 2; R4: 3; R5: 3) 14 points; 28%

KittyHawkMC (R1: 6; R2: 5; C1: 1; R3: 5; R4: 0; R5: 0) 17 points; 34%

Rousalka (R1: 5; R2: 2; C1: 1; R3: 4; R4: 0; R5: 0) 12 points; 24%

LadyMadonna (R1: 5; R2: 6; C1: 0; R3: 7; R4: 6; R5: 4) 28 points; 56%

Diamond 'Trophy' (4000-7999) -- 60 points needed to win

Little-Star (R1: 5; R2: 4; C1: 0; R3: 5; R4: 3; R5: 5) 22 points; 36.67%

BringsTheSnow (R1: 6; R2: 8; C1: 4; R3: 7; R4: 8; R5: 6; COMP1: 1) 33 points; 66.67%

Painite 'Trophy(8000+) - 75 points needed to win

purplehaze (R1: 7; R2: 9; C1: 2; R3: 7; R4: 10; R5: 7) 42 points; 56%

Whatever 'Trophy' (any) -- 80 points needed to win

Fuzzbucket (R1: 6; R2: 8; C1: 2; R3: 8; R4: 7; R5: 7) 38 points; 47.5%

Lagie (R1: 5; R2: 0; C1: 0; R3: 0; R4: 5; R5: 3) 13 points; 16.25%

GhostMouse (R1: 8; R2: 8; C1: 2; R3: 8; R4: 6; R5: 7) 39 points; 48.75%

trystan (R1: 4; R2: 5; C1: 0; R3: 6; R4: 2; R5: 3) 20 points; 25%

What I get today (and I DO hope I haven't missed anything) - not everyone did every round, and I may have slipped up here - but there have been additions since Gwathgor's last update. I make it as follows:

Baoser 24/40 60%

Zippuzzle 17/50 34%

KittyhawkMC 19/50 38%

Rousalka 13/50 26%

LadyMadonna 31/60 52%

Little-Star 22/60 37%

BringsTheSnow 42/60 70%

purplehaze 49/75 65%

Fuzzbucket 43/80 - 53%

Lagie 13/80 16%

GhostMouse 47/80 59%

Trystan 27/80 34%

So that still leaves Snow in first place. What do people think ? This has gone on for rather ages....

There is of course the small matter of whether Snow is OK with it, of course. :D @BringsTheSnow - are you OK with this ?

Next in line it would go purplehaze followed by Baoser.

@BringsTheSnow is probably pretty busy with Santa, but fine with me either way.  The Bingo has certainly been pretty truncated, but do we know that @Gwathgor wants to hand it on?

We don't KNOW but in the past it has been generally agreed that when one drags on for ages, a new one is started and the old one can be revived at any time if its owner wants. Otherwise we could be hanging her till NEXT August, It has happened before - at least twice that I can remember. And there have been pings in this thread which haven't achieved anything. Last here in the thread a month ago, but 13 hours ago they were on forum...

Here's another @Gwathgor - are you OK handing it on - if not can we have more rounds please, and a bit faster action ?

Agreed.  Not much else we can do, then.

BTW there are one or two questionable claims in the last round, eg CB claimed for PB.  And, honest questions here, as I don't know the answers . . . do Leviathans count as Wingless? And does 2g count as a checker lineage?

I guess leviathans HAVE no wings; I'd have allowed that  if I were hosting.

I have to admit I did not check every link - CB is not PB, and I wouldn't; have allowed 2g as a checker. Would it change the rank order ?

I’d join if we let someone else host. I’ve been a bit inactive in this thread admittedly. :P I have a small request; if Snow does take over, could I be readded to the ping list in the original post? I was in it at one point but not in this one somehow lol

If the host has gone inactive/unresponsive in this thread for any reason for at least one month, with no new Bingo round posted, players are free to discuss beginning a new game, with a host to be determined by current players. The original Bingo game may continue if the host returns, but the winner(s) will not be selected to host a new game, although they may still request an egg from the host, if they wish.

It looks like from the rules that if Gwathgor comes back and wants to finish off this game they still can, even if another game has been stared. Today marks 1 month since the last round was posted.

I'm happy to start a new Bingo since that seems to be what the majority wants. I will try to get it set up ASAP (Sunday at the latest). I was runner up last game behind Gwathgor so I guess that is a second reason I might be next in line to host.

Yes, KittyHawkMC, I will add you back to the ping list. @Aqub, would you like to be pinged as well when I start the new game?

A couple of points do in fact need to be deducted, but I hesitate to do that, not being the host. I would do it if it changed the order here, but it actually doesn't.

That is how it has always been - once a host did come back; the other two times I recall, they didn't.

Thank you - that's brilliant; I've been missing this ! :yay1:

I'd ping everyone who has played this time, as well as the old list - I suspect a couple have been discouraged who otherwise might have stuck around.
