Spicing up the AP since 2023!

 

* Have you ever gone hunting in the AP for caveborns and you can't find any CBs, only lineaged eggs? 
 

* Have you ever had spare space on your scroll at night before you go to sleep? 
 

* Have you ever hoped maybe you'll find some interesting CB egg in the AP? 
 

* Have you ever wanted to surprise a random AP hunter with an unexpected find ? 

 

Then you've come to the right place!  

 

What we are:

 

We are the cave droppers.  We hunt the biomes any time, day or night.
We hunt mostly for commons (uncommons and rares are fine, too).  

We hold these on our scroll, wait five hours and release our catch into the AP.

I really absolutely love this idea and somehow am surprised it's not been an "official" thing sooner -- although I'm also the type of person to breed for the AP rather than snatch things for it, recently I've been looming over the cave more often to snatch the eggs I want/need and thought to myself "wait - no one's grabbing that?", so when I have. a Lot more scroll space to spare I might join in on the fun. Catching CBs in the AP is always a nice surprise especially if it's an uncommon or higher 🙂

That's a great idea! I love CB hunting in the AP (to be honest, most of my CBs are from there), so I'll definitely join in to be able to spread the favour to others!

I'm happy to see people enthusiastic about the idea!  

 

I'm thinking we'll have four five levels of badges to match our trophy levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Possibly with a fifth badge for 5000 dragons caught and released. Yep, I went ahead and added the fifth badge.
 

I've updated the second post with that information, along with a couple of forms to help us get organized.

 

@zippuzzle, I'll be in touch about the badges, if you like! Thank you for volunteering.  @Diggie sure, anything is fine! We can post a list for anyone not sure of what to catch, although people should feel free to catch whatever breeds they want. Also, there is this resource for people wondering what the descriptions are for each egg: "Which egg is which?"    @Throned, thanks for the offer!  I'm still working out how to implement prizes.
