Two questions - is the mailing system actual email or a PM on the forums? Also, does the cycler actually work? As in - does is change automatically or is it just an image.

About the first question, from what I understand, the suggestions were something Pinkgothic offered to code. So, the subscribe and notification system would be something Pinkgothic's would have to code and host on the DailyDragonFix website. So, I would imagine it would involve your actual email address.

 

I think it be like getting a subscription newsletter or subscription offers in your email, except you actually signed up for it, rather than your email getting bought from one company by another company.

 

This is a better question for Pinkgothic though. I'll PM your question to them.

Like I said before, I think it would make the most sense to just include a prominent link to https://leviathan.thorngale.net/lunar-herald-colour.php in the OP, plus the rotating egg image and maybe a link to the long term calendar as well.

The good thing about posting the changes is, that this thread will be back to where people can find it. If this thread will be no longer used it will vanish behind all the other threads and we will have a flood of questions about the colours of the Lunar Heralds and/or complains about this "stupid" breed always giving the "wrong" colour.

 

Oh, and people will not know when it is time for hunting for a specific colour.

It'd be nice if the rotating button and the link I mentioned were at the top. Right now the badge--which is the only at-a-glance way to tell what's dropping--is at the very bottom of a long post of the technical details, when all I really want to know is "ah, that's what's dropping now!"
