She joined the army and left pregnant newly married Carly to face the whispers. Michelle's mom has died and turns out she lied to Carly. She also apparently wreaked havoc with the inn finances and now they may lose it all. Rating: (optional) 8.3 Review: (optional) I loved Chance and grew to love Carly and Michelle as well as Gabby. But in the middle of the night a scream wakes him and the next day his ex-girlfriend has disappeared. Qwill, Koko, and Yum Yum are the only three who know it's murder. Rating: 5/5 Review: I absolutely love this book in the series. The ending is horrifying. Qwill, Koko, and Yum Yum decide to take a well earned vacation up in Mooseville. Qwill might be having a mid-life crisis and he thinks maybe some fresh air and country scenery will clear it up. My sole issue with this is how utterly despicable some of the gods and goddesses are. Other than that, though, an outstanding read and I highly recommend you give it a try. Rating: 4/5 Review: This is based in the same universe as Three Parts Dead and while the mechanics and fantasy are all just as good, this book didn't really hit its stride until well into the fourth quarter. Fun ride, but not what I was led to believe it would be by the first book. Qwill, Koko, and Yum Yum have settled comfortable into their new home in the apartment above the garage of the Klingenschoen mansion. The mansion is being donated for a museum, the Klingenschoen foundation is going strong, everything seems ideal. Until the local newspaper publisher dies in a fatal crash that has Qwill suspicious. Rating: 3/5 Review: I never felt this was much of a mystery, more of a little in between story to get Qwill to where he's supposed to go. Book Number: 29 Number Of Pages: 159 Book Title: Ghost Cat 2: Bid For Midnight Author: Jessica Beck Summary: Christy heads to an estate auction to find a few odds and ends for her curio shop but finds more than she bargained for when her ghost cat, Midnight, shows up leading one of the late residents of the estate. Summer and her father were murdered and only Christy knows it wasn't an accident. Can she uncover the murderer in enough time to help Summer cross over? And is she willing to lose Midnight forever by doing so? Rating: 2/5 Review: These books were just so bad but I really was curious where it was going. The premise is actually really good, so it's unfortunate the writing is lacking in style, grammar, imagination, intellect...
