Odd has been drawn to coastal town Magic Beach with a horrific apocalyptic dream leading him. The forces of man and evil are conspiring to drag the world down and Odd is one of the few who can stand in their way. Piper and Phoebe tag along and the circus proves more entertaining then Prue imagined as the headliner turns out to be a Gypsy violinist with seemingly magical powers over animals through his violin. A scum bag has a national tv show that seems to solve difficult cases and make cops look bad at the same time. Scully and Hitch nned to solve the case before Nix hangs them out to dry as incompetent cops and sells his take on the murders to the tv public. Rating: (optional) 9.8/10 Review: (optional)Well written and compelling story had me up way past my bedtime reading the last 20 chapters just one more at a time. Cannell is an awesome writer and plotter of stories. A bit of excitement occurs when a crypt at the local cemetary is robbed of its Tiffany windows. Murder soon follows as the case progresses and the case moves to and from NYC, Boston and small towns in Upper NY state. Rating: (optional) 8.3 Review: (optional) Ian is a wonderful new charater as is Phoebe Krueger. As usual Brockmann makes the story and characters seem real and believable, not just exciting. Book Number: 70 Number of Pages 263 Book Title: Texas True Author: Janet Dailey Summary: Beau Tyler returns to the family ranch in Texas for his dad Bull's funeral. He ends up staying for awhile to get the ranch back to working order after his dad's long illness and is caught up in his past. For such a small town there is a lot of illegal activities going on in this Texas town. Rating: (optional) 7.9 Review: (optional) Beau and Nathalie and Torri and Will are thrown together as the events happening around them bring their lives once more into close contact.
