You can reapply when you notice a list opening. If you have to be bumped from a list 3+ times, you will be placed on a 2 week graylist. We know emergencies come up. Posted July 21, 2013 (edited) Hi mods! User Wyvern_Oliza sent me images of her fogged dragons. She asked that as a retired owner I vouch for them in the thread. I verify that her dragons are alive and well and are only fogged due to sickness. The fogging should not prevent her from joining the list she requested.
