This intensely romantic story is both tender and brutal, infinitely satisfying, and leaves the door open for more episodes in Feehan's popular "Drake Sisters" series. In the process of saving the wolf, she is bitten. Tracing the blood, she comes to Rick Donavan's home..and no site of the wolf. There follows an internal struggle for Rick. He must choose to end his life to save her, or to take her as his lifelong were-mate. What will he choose? Rating: 5/5 Review: Great book... It is an incredibly "moving" love story about a curse, werewolves and the redeeming quality of love. The characters were beautifully written.
