Posted February 19, 2014 (edited) At the end of every post done by Newbie Gifting, there is a list of dragons that can be requested by using the Newbie Gifting form. It includes all the BSA dragons and more besides. Newbies are eligible to join Newbie Gifting until they get a bronze badge. Also, there is nothing in Newbie Gifting rules that says that can only join this one thread. You are allowed, at least by Newbie Gifting rules, to join more than one gifting thread - but you must follow the rules of all the gifting threads you have joined. Posted February 24, 2014 (edited) I have a silver tinsel egg that I'd like to gift to someone who either doesn't have any yet or has at most 1 other silver tinsel. It's a 7th-generation (7G) offspring from a balloon stair - you can see what the lineage looks like here. It should be pretty easy to continue this lineage if you wanted to, since balloons are common. All thread rules apply.
