These are my top 3, but I have a list about a mile long. Other suggestions are John Hohn, Dir En Grey, and Boa- Every heart. I need to go listen to some Japanese music now, it's been awhile.

Top three, tough choice. These are full versions of the songs.

 

1.

by Monoral, first (and only?) intro song to Ergo Proxy.

 

2. The World by Nightmare (I think), first intro of Death Note.

 

3. After Dark by Asian Kung Fu Generation, seventh intro of Bleach.

 

If there was a fourth spot, I'd definitely add Howling by Abingdon Boys School, which is the first intro to Darker Than Black. But there isn't so ignore this part.
