Posted May 2 We have just three active players still to submit a guess for P4 of the Ponderous Puzzle, but I think everyone will by now have reached the correct answer. There is only one dragon that fulfils all four criteria. Spoiler Waterhorse @baoser is due 2 points for guessing it correctly at P3 and that brings their total points to 50 which is the 100% required to trigger game end at their Platinum level. I don' t think they can be beaten, but the rules state that all players should have 48 hours to match or exceed this total. Accordingly, do please add your entries for the active rounds if you haven't yet done so. It will be good to have a full picture of the final scores and I know that there will be some very impressive runners-up worthy of congratulations. Share this post Link to post

Running this taught me quite a lot. I learned things about older dragons that I didn't know, as I searched for knowledge to enable me to pose challenges. I had fun devising a riddle and a ponderous puzzle and hiding secrets in different places. Finding secrets definitely helps to boost scores. Going forward, I realise that, like many others, I have mainly CB dragons and I need to create some suitable lines in case bingo callers ask for more unusual things. And a question to mull over: Given that, at Platinum level, I ended up the highest scorer when BringstheSnow called time on the last bingo and that our top two percentages here also come from Platinum, is the scale of points required at each level too steep? Posted May 6 (edited) Thanks everyone! I'm super stoked to have won a game because I really did not think it was all that realistic. 😆 I'll get started on the new game relatively soon. Surprisingly, I think I may have some bit of free time tonight to do so. As far as the scaling goes, I see a pretty even distribution across the scoreboard so I agree that I think we're ok.
