Spirit, I have joined your waterless world. In an effort to find out where the leak in my wall is coming from I have turned off my tap water altogether. I hope this exercise doesn't take too long.

I don't know exactly why but i lost my interest for this forum. Thanks to the inofficial discord i was aware of new releases and got me some eggs.

 

My sleeping pattern is all over the place. Hope i can fix that soon.

Why do I have to ask girls out... why does my brain overthink things.

Go ahead and ask. Only one of three things will happen.

 

She'll say yes and you get to go on a date.

 

She'll say no, you'll feel bad for a short while and then move on.

 

She'll say no and laugh in your face, in which case you dodged a bullet.

Or she'll give a "not right now" and then you will wait over a week for a "okay now" and grow increasingly concerned.

'Not right now' sounds kinda like a semi bullet to be honest.

You know reading back on what exactly she said, it did not come accross like a flat no.

 

She said "depends, I'm working pretty much every day"
My rersponse was "I don't have any immediate plans, let me know when you're free"
And she said "sure".

 

Admittedly that was a little over a week ago.
We've spoken a couple times since then most of it seemed pretty cordial.

 

I should also point out we only communicate via messenger

In that case the only thing you can do is continue with your life. You've let her know you're interested and hinted that she's free to try and take up the offer in future, but don't wait around after her. It's up to her to make the next move now.

My brother thinks I should just flat ask her again, so I was planning to.

Ahh RIP she's already seen it.

 

She did apologise for not telling me and turns out she's been given no holidays over December (not counting Christmas, Boxing day and new years) so her reasoning for not going are valid in my book.
