Damn, looks like I'm gonna be finishing AdCap in a few days. An end to a year of playing(or was it more? if only i remembered), it seems, as the devs aren't even making any new events. Sad. Looks like it's time to rely only on almost unachievable goals.

I'm fine. It broke Saturday morning when I went to deliver cakes at the shop for my mum.

Broke in front of the police station at least when I was pulling away from the stop.

Then got a couple of them to push my car in a parking spot. I phoned my mum and she phoned the mechanic to come and fetch me. I cried in my car while waiting.

Probably the most dramatic of moves I've ever done. Lover's flat was without power when we got there. We burned through three main fuses (the 60amp ones put in only by the electric suppliers) in one evening, and the flat was declared unsafe by the electric company. So her letting agent put us up in a temporary house the next day, but it means Lover still hasn't actually moved in, and may not be able to for another week.

 

Typically the week I have no power (and thus no internet or phone) is the week where I have far, far too much admin to do.
