The son of Poseidon that is georgexu94, ate salty food for lunch. Joking aside, I had kiam peng. Pardon the spelling. There is no spelling in Chinese and I do not know how to write it here as one, I do not know how to write it in Chinese and two, it is in Fukien Chinese as opposed to the official Chinese. It is basically salt rice. Something like fried rice but it isn't. It is rice with mix of other things like mushrooms, beef and bamboo shoots.
