Crackers and water pretty much. I've been a bit sick due to my sinuses going insane from the mountains and I've coughed to the point of upsetting my stomach. So crackers and water was the only thing gentle enough.

Minestrone soup with chips and guacamole. I had some salsa too, but sadly it wasn't spicy enough so it tasted like tomato water... I was visiting my family, and they don't have the appreciation for spiciness that I do so what they buy is always too mild for me. :/
