I thought I liked males better, but when I looked at the sprites on the DC Wiki, my count looked like this:

 

Female: 20

Male: 24

Undecided: 8

 

So sliiiight preference for male but so close as to call it "neutral".

It usually depends on the breed of the dragon.

 

Though, when it comes to Turpentines, I prefer males (If they're CB) and females (If bred) (Yes I know they look the same)

It's close but there are more male dragons I prefer than females

 

Favourite male dragon would probably be purple, and favourite female daydream. I'm also fond of the male pillow dragon, it's sooo adorable
