I need to sleep with my feet elevated, so I have a bed frame with tall head- and footboards to keep the prop in place. (I'm not willing to pay for an adjustable bed.) However, bed frames with tall head- and footboards tend to be kind of tall so that there's storage space underneath. I'm too short to just sit down and swing my legs in as I lie back, I have to kind of hop and wiggle around. It takes enough effort to get into bed and get comfortable, that no matter how sleepy I was, the physical activity wakes me up again so that I lie there for a good half hour most nights trying to relax enough to actually fall asleep. Have you tried using a small step stool? It might help climbing into bed a bit easier. ----------------------------------- That's today? I thought it was already over. Meh. *shrugs* (False) TPBM has played minecraft Edited February 12, 2023 by Syiren Share this post Link to post

It did help a little getting into bed, but it slid around or maybe I kicked it somehow when taking my legs off it again - in the morning, I ended up tripping over it and faceplanting. I didn't try it again. True, I do know Victoria's Secret. Overpriced, hit or miss as to the fit and quality. I've had Wal-Mart specials last longer and fit better. I've been to the petting tanks at feeding time, too, and it's funny how they kind of slurp up the food you're given to feed them. True, although not like a hobby and keeping a "score book" of all the different birds I've seen and stuff. But it's always relaxing to just watch the backyard birds at a feeder, and amusing to watch the jays divebombing the squirrels that come raiding. TPBM has attempted to Lindy Hop, even if just the most basic form. (For those unfamiliar, check out this scene from the 1941 movie Hellzapoppin' to see what the pros could do.)
