Expand the comment section in Reviewing User Descriptions

I see a lot of people with multi-paragraph descriptions riddled with grammar mistakes. The comment section is often too small to list everything and its corrections. English grammar is hard and dumb and I’d like to be able to have the room to actually explain how to fix things instead of just rejecting them!
