Posted February 15 Variety of reasons! For the most part, though, it's that "messy" lineages have very little value for breeding outside of a relatively small number of players who collect them. So leaving CBs or "pretty" lineages to grow to adulthood preserves those that tend to have higher value as breeding stock. There's also the fact that some players get annoyed or upset if a dragon they trade to somebody ends up frozen even though as soon as they traded it they lost all right to control what happened to it, so being clear that you intend to freeze the dragon means players who don't like that can avoid the trade. As for why freeze dragons at all... Many reasons! Some players name them certain ways and use them as scroll dividers, some just really like the hatchling sprite and collect them, some want one of every sprite they can or a male/female of both adults and hatchlings, etc. Share this post Link to post
