BSA or Function for Rejected Dragons to Breed

I believe a BSA dragon or function should be added to encourage rejected dragons to breed. It's a rare outcome, but an inconvenient one. Just something that could work maybe once a month that could make a rejected pair breed would be wonderful, like a cupid type thing.

This has been suggested many times, as have other changes to the refusal system. But if you want one - design a deragon with that BSA and see if TJ approves it. Purples very much reduce the risk in the first place, though.
