ANSWERED:Decrease cooldown on BSAs required for breed variants

I don't currently plan to adjust any BSA cooldowns. The main reason I'd so so is if the value you get from the BSA itself feels out of balance with the cooldown, and I don't think that's the case for any BSA right now.
