Adding to group dropdown is bugged

I've refreshed this a few times. The drop down is grayed out and clicking it brings me to the add to group PAGE, which is an annoyance. I've cleared my cache and it persists.

 

The /dragons page when sorting by ungrouped is unaffected, as are actual group pages.
