Pokemons to use: Mew and Charizard

Base pokemon: Mew. (But charizard wings, flame tail, and some coloration, though I would like a bit of mew coloration too!)

What do you want me to do with them?: Splice.

Versions of sprites: Hmm, I don't really care, but I like the pose of mew in Firered/Leafgreen .

Other: If you can give me a shiny version it would be awsome.

Umm, can I have a recolor?
