Just realized that one of my golds has the code ipblu (caps messed) and has me roaring.

Had to switch to laptop. 1 speckled, 2 gold and 1 purple.

I managed one in the alpine. This is going to be important on mobile. Why did I go to bed early last night?

So this thread took an amusing turn as all holidays do.

I just don't see the point in changing up the alts 8 years after the fact. Its a silly move when it wasn't broken in the first place.

Is there nothing dropping in the biome or is it going that fast? I haven't seen a thing in 10 minutes.

@Tigerkralle absolutely! Shockingly the Val's were the easiest to get so I'm only missing last year's release (of course). I'll either be able to breed and keep for myself or bloodswap it. Huzzah for my holly collecting self! This is truly heaven for me as someone who loves and collects hollies.

@Karobb I don't really collect valentine lines that much tbh. Just a few alt lines here and there and any hollykin I can get my hands on.

I won't be able to catch any old CB Vals, I have them all. Which kind of sucks but I guess is ok? Before this re-release I want to say there was between 25-35 active CB holly owners. It was all kinds of terrible.

Thanks to a generous gift I've reached my goal of 100 breedable hollies. I'll probably keep on going just cause I'm a crazy person, but I'd never thought I'd hit this goal 5 years after I set it.

97 breedable hollies, 3 more to go. It's been hard this year trying to find 3-4G of lineages I don't have. LOL

Having lots of fun right now. 8 more hollies to go till I reach 100 breedable adults. Whoo!

Yay hollies and yules have hatched. Some have names but I need to come up with one more name for a holly. The ap hunt continues for 3-4G hollies to reach 100.

Ah it wouldn't be the holidays on DC without some form of drama. Never change, DC, never change. Lol I'm actually cool with limits for this year but I'd really like to see them raised or done away with entirely next year. Because hoarding. And I'm not ashamed to admit it. :p

I was finally able to catch 2 hollies and a yule after 5 hours of frustration. I switched to my husband's much faster laptop and had all 3 within 30 minutes.

Getting kind of frustrated.

I'm thrilled. And I'm cool with the limits too. That means I can click with wild abandon and not worry about misclicks lol.
