I was hopping from biome to biome. Maybe I should stick to one biome.

Well, I arrived late to the party. Hunted for 1 hour and saw and missed 1. Bred 1 hybrid, put it up for trade (fingers crossed) I will hunt another hour, then gotta go. I seem to be getting too busy to give DC the time it requires. Ah, well.

Once an egg has hatched, the influence stays. So, if the sex is really important, it can be best Once the egg has hatched, the influence stays. Which is why many will offer to influence and hatch for others.

I lost 5/7 eggs with 4 EQs and one kill.. Surprise, the 7th hatched normal between EQs and one egg survived and was Abandoned.. They all had over 3,000 views and were at 4 days to 4 days 1 hour. Next time I am going to get their views up to the point they are sick before trying.

For those who hesitate to use EQ or Kill, may I suggest you keep an eye on the trading hub and the Community Notice Board in the Trading Forum (and ,of course the AP)? Yes, some of those being traded will likely be asking high prices, but not everyone, and others will be offering on the Community Notice Board as well as some Abandoning them for all to try for. This will be an opportunity for people having a difficult time catching rarer eggs to have a chance to get something to trade for them. Another "leveling of the playing field" for them.

The easiest way I have found to tell if you have a New Penny is to use the temporary sort button on the right side top of your scroll. Sort by "breed". If your new egg sorts under the Verdigris (green) Copper it's a New Penny.

Luckily I got no refusals, my Purples are all on cooldown. I'm having fun.

@Pixxelation: Do you have a time schedule that the "true facts" can be disclosed, or do we have to figure it out ourselves? I keep hoping that my guess that they may all be caught in cave, biome specific, will prove to be correct.

My guess for the Florets. Right now we have: !.Gold (Iris) available in Alpine (cool) 2.Purple (Iris) available in Forest (cool) 3.Peach (Lily) available in Jungle (warm) So is it possible we will have at some point: 4.Pink (Iris) available in Coast (cool) 5.Blue (Lily) available in Desert (warm) 6.Bronze (Lily) available in Volcano (warm)? I apologize if I am not using the preferred color names. I have no explanation for why if they are all biome specific, they weren't released together, but this did occur to me as a way that makes sense, since so far we haven't been able to breed for the other 3 types outside of a glitch period.

Well, after hunting for more than 3 hours and catching nothing in the cave or AP, I decided to breed my Copper Dragons for the new alt I got - 3 Alt Coppers 1 Brown Copper (now in the AP) 2 Electrics to Stun. LUCKY ME!

My opinion. Just my opinion. I do not presume to speak for anyone else. I am 71 and, yep, I feel overwhelmed sometimes by all the puzzles and things to be figured out in releases like this one. That's why I wait for others to solve it all for me. Thank you, people. I know that at some point when it is considered appropriate everything will be condensed into one post that will be highlighted for us and placed where we can find it easily. I will be ready for that. Or, of course we can turn to the Wiki. Not sure whether I will ever be able to catch or obtain the Pink Sapphires. Time will tell. As to the Green Cantos, my plan is to (I feel this is a bit complicated, hope I explain clearly): 1. Spend a few hours trying to catch Cantos in the cave. 2. When I have some, breed some of the new hybrid/variants. 3. Incubate the bred dragons so they will hatch before the Cantos. 4. After the bred eggs hatch, EQ the Cantos. Hopefully they will be old enough to not be killed by the attempt. We'll see how it works. I expect getting all of these to be a lot of fun, with the possible exception of obtaining Pink Sapphires. Well, I have 7 from the Coast and 1 from the Volcano. Guess I'll be trading (or trying) tomorrow.

My opinion. Just my opinion. I do understand the desire to use new, better technology and pushing ourselves to the next level artistically. I applaud our artists for constantly renewing their craft, but. I am generally opposed to changing our sprites just for the sake of change. I like the idea of preserving our history and adding new along the way to our future. I know that not everyone shares my feelings on this, and due to the artists' wishes sometimes changes will be made as our artists continue to grow. I have learned to accept that. I also believe that "updating" sprites should be artist driven, not user driven - I think that the changes should be made because the artists feel a need to improve on their own work, not because players decide to find fault with existing sprites..

6 of my eggs will hatch in a few hours. If I got this right, there will be 4 Black/Red - 2 male 2 female, and 2 Blue - 1 male 1female. And the two that hatch tomorrow will be Orange. Interesting.

Since I can't trade with myself, and seldom get offers on my trades, it looks like I can forget getting orange. Disappointment.

In the spirit of experimentation, I have 2 eggs caught in coast up for trade. They were precog'ed and incubated. Anyone interested?

I love these new dragons. With about 6 hours daily hunting, I've managed to catch some of each of the 6, but though I have seen some "Flow" eggs I couldn't catch any. I just can't keep hunting at that rate, so I'll see how I do in coming days with maybe an hour a day or whatever I can manage. Enjoy.

I have been hunting for hours and haven't seen even 1 "Mana flows like a current through this glassy egg." If it weren't for those who have posted their success here, I'd think it was a myth. Maybe I'll see some on my next search after my eggs hatch.

Boy, I'm really late to this party. By this time, it's usually easier to catch new eggs. With 6/7(?) eggs, I'm going to be busy for a long while.

Just checking that you're counting correctly. You should have 8 rows of 6 and one row of two for a total of 50. If you don't try a hard refresh and cache clearing to see if the treats start showing again.
