  1. Four sparkly Bolt dragons for anyone that needs: https://dragcave.net/lineage/BWjv5 https://dragcave.net/lineage/xGlgl https://dragcave.net/lineage/ISZCz https://dragcave.net/lineage/1FcTR
  2. Offering my alts & hybrids group (including a couple of nakie Dark Lumina), as well as my frozen hatchlings group for anyone that needs 🦭
  3. This was a cute event. Thanks to the writers and spriters ♥
  4. Gummy wyrms ♥ I love pygmies and these are adorable, glad I remembered to show up for the event this year.
  5. So pretty and lively, I really like these silly guys ♥
  6. Really like both species; the colours on the Flameback are so vibrant, and as an ocean-stuff nerd I naturally also love the Missinic. Spicy and pretzel ♥
  7. Oh, I see! At the least, it's nice that so many people have had an easy time getting their eggs this release, so I'm thankful for that either way. ♥
  8. Had no trouble at all getting all of mine on the first go, I wonder if something's been done to help with releases in the background or if it's just a really calm release this time around. Either way, I'm happy and I'm looking forward to seeing the adults (especially if one is nonbinary ♥)
  9. I really like both of these guys (especially the pygmies!) and I thought I was seeing things when I saw the Aardrake flicking its tongue! I absolutely love that detail and hope that means we might get more dynamic sprites in the future.
  10. I really like these guys. Thank you and congrats to the spriters ♥
  11. You're quite right, my bad! It's a shame (but also a little heartening, weirdly) to hear that it's happened to at least one other person. I don't know how much — if any — of the approval process is automated; I'd assume something was getting mixed up that way, but I really don't know either way.
  12. I was wondering — is this a thing that happens? I've noticed that a lot of my descriptions that had been approved ages ago are rejected all of a sudden, all due to 'incorrect grammar/spelling'. But, for the life of me, I can't actually find the incorrect grammar or spelling that's supposedly being reported. Example, from a Nocturne dragon: (*I changed 'bland' to 'dull' here while checking over the description. Might as well make it scan better with the opportunity!) Naturally there's a good chance I'm missing things in the descriptions I'm looking into, but re: this one — I can't see anything wrong with it. (A couple of others were understandable, such as Day Glories changing to Sunbeams, etc, but most are like this.) Do people report due to differences in British/American English: color vs colour, et al. I'm confused and am wondering if I'm just missing something really obvious, or if people do false reports just to grief.
  13. @Lushwave I just wanted to say thanks for always putting the new egg info as close to the OP as possible, you help make these drops more seamless! ♥ I can't wait to see how these ones hatch and grow up, thank you to the spriters!
  14. Picked up two of each from the biomes, not grabbing any more so others can get theirs too. I do love new egg releases, and am very keen to see what these hatch and grow into, but it might be time to think about adding in 1-3 additional egg slots per biome. There's so many different breeds now that it's extremely difficult to grab specific dragons, regardless of rarity.
  15. I love that we have hornet-themed drakes now, and the hybrids are just plain lovely. Thank you to the spriters. ♥
  16. Love 'em both and can't wait to get plenty of each. Thanks, spriters. ♥
  17. Thank you, spriters! I love both pygmies and drakes, and can't wait to see how these turn out. 💚
  18. Thanks! I've wanted to see more added to the encyclopedia for a while now, so this is great.
  19. These new dragons are lovely. Thanks to the spriters ♥
  20. I very much like these. I don't know much about DotD, so I can't share any relative thoughts on that -- but these instantly bring me back to frosty November mornings, and orange-blue sunsets. Very much autumn, and the ethereal nature of them is also reminiscent of Samhain. Thanks for your hard work, spriters. ♥
  21. Oooo, both of these are excellent, but I really love the Bulls ♥ It's super fun to see a drake that isn't willowy!
  22. I've been really enjoying this event ♥ I hope to collect a large amount of Sapphires to allow me to release pink alts eventually, and hope that others do the same. I love the colours for the new Cantos and can't wait to see the adults.
  23. For the record, some faves of mine are affected by this, and it'll take me a while to warm up to the new sprites. However, I am much happier with the new ones if it means cutting ties with a horrid person. I'm pleased and relieved to know that TJ's willing to have a hard stance on things like this.
  24. Hmm. One of the most critical things I learned as a writer and proofreader is that if your critique makes someone want to quit writing altogether (or spriting, in this case), then you, the editor, are doing your job entirely wrong. The standards seem like they're far too high for the pay-off, if it means people are having to bend over backwards for so little in return.
  25. This makes sense, and I agree, it would be very frustrating. Considering this is free content, this kind of behaviour seems both unnecessary and potentially damaging towards new spriters? Critique is fine, but excessive to the point of irrational critique does more harm than good.
