Not spread all around the neck, but stick up on the back of the neck and on the back of the shoulders, kind of... Can it be fixed? TwT /feels bad for screwing up her own oc's description

Just so you know guys, I won't be able to work on these until the 10th. Easter weekend and a laptop that has a broken cable aren't good mixes! Minimal computer time only xd.png
