Pumpkin Carving ~ Dragon Stencil - ERROR Occurred multiple times

I've tried carving the dragon a couple times; massive amount of effort... each time when I attempt to "Save and Send" - I get an error message and all my work disappears...

This last time, I took a pic right before trying to send it, and as you can see from the 2nd pic - it doesn't appear in my list; it didn't save or send - it just disappeared...

HELP??
