Hi there, I'm new around here. How do I set my profile picture by the way?

Hello and welcome! You couldn't set your profile picture because your account hadn't been approved, but you can now! Select your username under the site header, then select Profile. Where the profile icon is, select the thumbnail icon in the bottom left corner of it and you'll get the option to add a photo!
