new and help?

hello I am a "new" player. I signed up before but never could get my eggs to hatch and gave up. Back again and learning somethings, but still newish.

Also needing help if a mod sees this . . .I found my account from before and use it fine, but I am confused about if I use that same user name and password to log in to forum part or a different one? Because either I made a mistake or something or it would not let me use that . . .so I had to make a new account to use the forum. If this is not what you're suppossed to do, could someone help me get my account with dragons set up for the forum too and change it's email or something? Also I can't figure out where/how to give/receive pms also?
