Hello and welcome! You get your dragons views to hatch and grow up, we give them views by adding them to fansites. I use Valley Sherwood, Silvi's Lair, and Allure of Neglected Dragons. Once they have enough views when they reach 4d0h left, they'll hatch, same with growing to adulthood. Those are the basics, please feel free to PM me if you have any questions!
