New to forum, needed help

Hi, you can call me Richard. I usually avoid forums for sites like these simply because I like to play on my own and limit my interactions with other players, but an odd thing happened recently that prompted me to make a Help topic about it (although I can't actually do that until I'm approved here :P). To be honest I'm not entirely sure what else to say, although I did read some of the introductory stickies and such already (and the FAQ in regards to my issue, don't worry).
