Posted January 29, 2015 On a related note: I'd like to update the first thread post with a TL;DR version of the proponents and opponents stories so that newcomers to the thread can get the general gist of what's going on without having to sift through page after page of posts. Would folks from either side of the debate care to work up a little summary that I can copy/paste into that first post? (Extra work, I know, I know—but think of the convenience!) Posted January 30, 2015 I added the TL;DR summaries that I was talking about to the beginning of the thread. If anyone from either side of the debate feels that the summaries are inaccurate or inadequate, please make suggestions so that I can change them.
