Posted July 9, 2016 Its definitely a passion. I love exotic flavours. I am currently collecting the peppers I need to make a huge batch of chili powder. One that is simply a hot one and one that is very extremely hot. The hot one will be used to modify the heat on the extra hot as I intend to use ghost peppers in it. I won't use a lot of ghost pepper as one should be enough to heat up the batch. Batch is going ot be about 15x a recipe. I can write the recipe out if I can find where I put my book....
