Posted January 29, 2014 I consider myself an amateur digital artist. If you do like my work, however, you may watch me on My DeviantArt. Comments/Tips/Advice is always welcome! Now, to the art. I draw a lot of my fursona (yep, I'm a furry. I hope that doesn't bother anyone! :c ). My fursona is Feather, a wildcat. "Felis silvestris" Her reference (from February 2013. I need to draw up a new one...) : ...and a really old design of her anthro form (and my best friend's 'sona, Conn!) Alright. That's enough of Feath for now. How about some OC/randoms? This right here is Kamali, aka "the Ninja Fox"! Some venty stuff.. an older OC aaand a sticker! To finish off this long thread... how about some gifts? This one was a gift for Christmas 2013... featuring Feather's new anthro form A gifty to my best friend (That's Conn again!) One for a pretty awesome friend I know. A birthday gift for someone c: aaaand finally, a blast from the past. Christmas 2012! I hope you all liked my little set up here! Questions, comments, or anything, just ask! I will probably post more if anyone wants me to. 'Til next time! ~Feather♥ Share this post Link to post

Posted January 30, 2014 Hmh, I do have a question o-o what program do you use and is ur pen pressure sensitive or not? I got SAI but am still sucky on drawing at pc hence I'm still sticking to paper and pen Also I think those look great, at least better than my scratches :'D Share this post Link to post
Posted January 30, 2014 (Thanks to whoever moved this! <3 ) Hello! I use Paint Tool SAI for the majority of my art. Yes, it is pressure-sensitive, and I work with a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet. Pressure-sensitivity in SAI can be increased or decreased, or even turned off completely. Now, working with the tablet itself takes practice. When I first drew with it, I was completely wobbly and shaky, but it's easier if you keep working at it. It's also super important to play with the Stabilizer option at the top toolbar. That will help take the jagged shakiness out of your drawings, and help you line a lot neater. The higher the number, the slower the line is drawn. I usually set mine at around a 12 if you need to know where to start. I'm still learning myself! If you have any other questions, by all means, ask! c: ~Feath Share this post Link to post
Posted January 31, 2014 Nice job on your artwork. I can't seem to draw like that to save my life. Although on the fourth-bottommost picture, his eyes are rather.... Misplaced in relation to where his muzzle is. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 1, 2014 Nice job on your artwork. I can't seem to draw like that to save my life. Although on the fourth-bottommost picture, his eyes are rather.... Misplaced in relation to where his muzzle is. Thanks, guys ^.^ and yeah.. that whole piece was a bit rushed due to art block and final exams, and my tablet pen wasn't behaving very well. I couldn't get the layers back, so I figured I'd just finish the darn thing instead of trying to fix it. I'm not proud of it. Additionally, placement has always been one of my weaker points, and one I intend to study hard and work on. Anatomy is my downfall!~ Share this post Link to post
