Hello!

 

My name is Kate and I'm 17 (just about ). My passions really include writing and drawing. My art isn't the best, but I thought I might as well make an art thread! Everybody is doing it. So here is some of my arts.

This first drawing is something I have done tonight, as a valentines gift for my partner:

 

A WIP wolf that I will probably never finish:

POETRY:

 

Finding Freedom:

 

I am just the servant of a sick and twisted Master

No matter how quick I run, he's always running faster

I can't escape his cocky grin, his drunken bold confession

His flailing limbs, his broken stride, his deep and dark aggression

I am just his servant and the point of his obsession.

 

A deadly game of cat and mouse, a round of hide and seek

He breaks me down, he grinds me up, my strength is lost; I'm weak.

Vulnerable to broken words and tears left unshed

I wish that I had joined the others, that I had also fled

Now I'm left to pray to fates and wish that I was dead.

 

Obey his call, address his needs, give everything he wants

For every question that he asks, give him a good response

And lay at night, with tears in eyes and think about my sins

Know that despite each move I play, he's always the one that wins

So I'll be left to mend my soul with needles and with pins.

 

Each day I die, each night I live as he controls my being

Stare blankly at the ceiling, and dream again of fleeing

Though I'm a slave and he's my captor, tangled in his lies

I beg for someone else to see through his deceit and his disguise

Please someone listen for my pleas and answer to my cries...

 

Once you've read this, I'll be gone, a memory of pain

He'll finally have driven me from the borders of being sane

And I'll find my release in lust for blood and in his downfall

Murdering for freedom and the anguish of it all

And only of the days when we were in love shall I recall.

also can you make me a 200 x 300 pic of a wolf pup a tiger cub and a gold dragon hatchling all curled up infront of a big starry night sky with a big bright moon?

Your stuff is so cute (what program/medium do you usually prefer to use?). And of course I'm jelly of your poetry, as I think I told you when I read your dragon's description that's in the queue right now.

I have no other choice but to use GIMP. My computer has an aversion to SAI, so I'll have to wait until I can get a new comp for that. xP
