I think I summoned with a male blue but I can't be sure. It would be neat if there was a way to get one or the other but I'd say its random.

I summoned a female Sino and I've got 2 female Gon's and 1 male. I hope we can get more than one as I'd prefer male too.

I summoned a female Sinomorph! You don't need an open egg slot to summon. Bred with my GoN and got a black Zyu.
