In general, I'm open to breeding requests! However, if it's a difficult request to fill, I might ask for a trade.
I also try not to knowingly breed anything inbred and prefer not to give IOUs for when Holidays breed true (non-Holiday offspring are fine to request, though).
In any case, if you're interested in something, just ask! The worst I can do is decline.

I might trade away what you trade me, especially during Holidays. Normally, however, what I trade for is what I want!
For any trade, trading away what I trade you is fine!
I do freeze trades if I want to (unless it's a stipulation for a specific trade that I don't).

Regarding PMs only:
I prefer using trade links unless otherwise stated, but I'll always try to respond to PMs.
If I'm late, it's usually either that I didn't expect a message (so I didn't check, or the message came in after I checked that day), or my computer is having problems again.
If I make an offer, I usually try to let it stand for about a day; after that, I'm moving on.
I find it extremely rude to *ask* to be contacted via PM for a trade and not even give a "no thanks" back. (You wouldn't ask someone to call you and refuse to pick up when they did, would you?) If you don't explicitly ask for PMs or if you state clearly that you don't respond to them, that's different.
