aahhh I just finished up after having to redo the whole event three times (first time I messed up Florian’s grave - didn’t make the connection of the fire from the candles being bad. The second time I somehow messed up Alden’s grave too…. So now I have finally completed everything perfectly the third time!) and I'll share my graves in the Spoiler below bc I think they turned out very pretty 😊 A BIG "Thank You" to EVERYONE who worked on this event - it was really well-done and a lot of fun! I enjoyed the depth that went into each of the characters we met (either alive or through their graves lol) and each story was so touching and sweet. ❤️ All of the art has been gorgeous too!!

The Pargulus then hides, and the playful pestering begins anew! Just a cute lil scene that popped into my brain last month that I knew I needed to bring it to life - also, this was my very first DC event Art submission 😊

Figured it was worth sharing my very first Earthquake attempt to make my very own Wild Shumoga: 1 bred Shumoga, down to 0d 11h (bc I kept putting off the EQ attempt lol) with like, no stats. Threw that bad boy into pretty much every hatchery without ER-ing it so I could easily manage how many OVs compared to UVs it was getting, trying to stay UV-weighted. Waited until the egg was at the S3 crack stage, and then immediately Earthquaked - egg hatched, and I caught it! 🤩 Hatched with 454 OVs/103 UVs/6 Clicks (ratio of 4:4:1) I still can't believe I got so incredibly lucky on my very first Earthquake attempt! Most likely will try this method again in the future on more Shus to see if I have repeated success lol

Hahaha okay so like… 1.) I did a pretty complex animation (imo) and 2.) I’m still relatively new to spriting and have never animated a sprite before sooo that’s why it took me so long 😅 If you’ve already submitted and gotten the official “thanks for submitting!” message then you should be good! There’s still a solid five days before the deadline 🙂 can’t wait to see what treat you made! (This goes for everyone I’m excited to see ALL THE TREATS!! 🤩)
