Looks like it's done. My son was just in the room before the boss fight, fell through the floor and can't do anything further. I'm really upset for him. No event badge. Hopefully one will appear for him.

What did you use to get the checkerboard pattern? I looked but could find any dark pieces like that. Thank you! I love seeing everyone else's forts. You're all so much more creative and have much nicer ones that I do.

I've managed to pick up 3 that I was missing and 2 of my kids got 1 each. Still no Hollies for any of us, but all I can do is keep trying. Thank you for the Holidays biome, @TJ09! I'm so glad you kept the limits, it means those of us with slower connections (or just slower movement) actually have a chance. I'm hoping it's an every few years thing, not an every year thing, although it would be nice if the limit was 4 next time around.

I've seen 3 Hollies go by, but I managed to catch a Ribbon, so that's something at least.

Holy cow, those are going fast! I really hope it slows down at some point. I'm the only one in my family who has original Yulebucks and none of us have a CB Hollies, Magi, Wrapping Wings or a couple others. Well, since there's zero chance of me catching any at this speed, I went & bred one of my CB Yulebucks.. 3 little eggies off to seek their fortune. Hope they find good homes.

I remembered the event in early October, then forgot again until almost the last minute & had the old Halloween CB hatching at the last minute. Was really hoping to grab a few more, but the entire last half hour...nothing.

Did anyone else have issues with the cave being completely empty for the last half hour + of the event? No matter how often I reloaded, I didn't even see a single egg. I could understand not being able to grab them, but not being able to even see them?

It's completely empty for me too. My kids & I have trying for the last 20 minutes and just getting the message that there's no eggs. Really upset. I remembered about the event late and we were all waiting on a couple things to hatch, but now can't get any eggs. Edit: Another drop (they were every 5 minutes, right?) another empty cave. Guess that's it since it ends in 3 minutes I think.

I did start sledding after delivering a package to Galys when I did it before, but I only did it once. And I was already running and not bothering with the paths.Guess I'll add a few more trips sledding and just try to get it done as fast as I can.

I spent over an hour yesterday delivering packages (and still hadn't gotten all the items). My browser crashed as I was going to bed and I just reloaded it, and the last 3 days are back to not being finished and I've lost all the items I got. I guess I have to do it all over again. Anyone have a faster way to get the rest of the items than packages? I picked it because it was easy to reset it.

Am I missing something? I'm trying to catch up since I'm several days behind, but the story icon never gets a check, even when I've completed everything for the day, and the check marks for the daily mini-games never goes away. I've completed 2 days now and never got the check for the story and the checks on the mini-games stayed, which I think means I can't do them again to get items.

So I have the story book and 6 other icons, but there's only 5 repeatable quests? I haven't done day 3 yet. The ones I have checked are the story book, the envelope, the sled, the cat and the maze. What am I missing? The paw print and the weird bird like one are the two I haven't got checked. Edit: The weird one was apparently finding Patch for Jade, which I just did.

I really wish that the images we collect had a separate page for each year's Halloween. It's getting kind of confusing and crowded. Other than that, loving this. I used to play Minesweeper ALL THE TIME instead of writing research papers....I just keep trying to click both buttons to get it to clear the non-bombs and of course it never works.

Thanks for the description, Odeen! So these *are* still dropping?? I haven't seen any since yesterday, and then I only saw 2. Which I missed. I've only managed to get 4 so far. 3 of my kids have 2 each and one kid only has 1. And hubs has none, but he hasn't really been trying. At this rate, I'll be able to breed him a couple before he can catch any.

Missed a silver AND one of the new ones. I've managed to get 4 of the new ones. Hubs and kids have none of them.

I *finally* caught 1. Hopefully I can catch at least one more today.

Well, I've managed to SEE two of these. Wasn't able to grab either. Getting really frustrated.

I just got on the cave today. Hope I haven't missed whatever this is. lol I did miss a paper trying to find one of these.

Oh, thank goodness! I was thinking it stopped at midnight cave time and was upset because I'd be just 2 or 3 shy of getting them all.

So, on the Northern Route, are you supposed to get a choice when you first take it? Mine says but there is only 1 option, the caves. ETA: And now I have an apparently missing item as well and it isn't the statue.

My son is sad. He procrastinated getting caught up until 11 (cave time) and was 10 minutes late finishing all the days. We were both hoping since he was able to finish that he'd get the present, since he tried to be nice on every choice, but he still has a stocking, so I guess he finished too late. ETA: Thanks to everyone who worked so hard on this!
