Same, though there's quite a few options with two-headed breeds. In looking at mates, I decided to play with the idea of how they look to only have one head versus a dragon that looks to have multiple (False-Headed Hydra): https://dragcave.net/lineage/VVGhY Honestly, not bad but I think female coal x male False-Headed Hydra will look better and play into the whole one vs many head deal

The Magnesiums would be a very nice match (both colors) and Tangledrakin would fit lore-wise (two heads basically needing to work as one). The Temple Wyrm is also a consider (their warm colors a sharp contrast to the dull of the Coals...and they're both Wyrms)

The Seaweeds win for favorite of mine this release. The colors are just so calm, yet vibrant and remind me of the dragon I used to constantly draw when I was younger [might have to name one after said dragon] As for the Coal Wyrms - got to say they are an awesome concept (sharing a jaw as opposed to the traditional separate heads [arguably, the only two-head close to that in concept (two heads stuck together) is the Tangledrakin...But it still has two clearly defined heads]) Plus, I love the idea that these big, intimidating wyrms are just gentle giants. Like I'm legit just picturing one acting like an earthworm and digging around happily. All in all, wonderful release. Thanks TJ and spriters

Yesterday, I got 3 of the Drake and 1 of the Coal. Today, I picked up another Coal and am hoping I can get another. I think the reason the coal seems harder to get is because most people feel (standard*) Dragon > Drake. That and there's only 20 or so Drakes while there's probably close to 200 (standard) Dragons so more variety for lineages. Anyhow, both of these breeds are nice and once again which will be my favorite hedges on the adults. *Standard meaning not Pygmy or Two-Headed

Agreed, given that we now have at least 4 breeds that can result in dead eggs due to how to get them: Vampires- failed bite Impish - need to feed to change color Shumoga and Cantormaris - earthquake I suppose Haimatos and Neglecteds could also be added due to the egg dying of sickness/timing out Either way, I'm looking forward to having a way to clean up accidents

Finally, a vacuum for picking up the dead egg shells. Think I just found the theme for naming my drakes

Yay! Now that the regular eggs are funneling in - I was able to get 2 of the Dragon and 1 of the Drake eggs. I also misclicked a Turpentine (but I like them so it's okay. Edit: Now at 2 and 2, stepping out of the Hunt while I wait for the adults

I went looking for other 'Big' dragons to breed with the Behemoths. Saw how Fell Dragons never stop growing, and thought 'Hey, they'll match well with the axe on their head' Both my CB Fells refused my Behemoths...And I don't know if I should laugh or cry at that. I've got one more...Think I'm breeding to a Delta so I can have a bridge for Furor Pygmy to Behemoth. *Edit: apparently I had an additional female Fell dragon and this pair worked. Looks pretty good if anyone's curious:

I think the boys get that sweet beard and the awesome spikes in exchange for not having the crest. Thinking about it, I kind of get a sort of Glam Rock (females) vs Punk Rock (males) look for the Behemoths. Then there's the Avarice filling the goth Rock esthetic.

If you mean the Avarice and the Slag-Tail - yes. They can breed. When it comes to breeding, there's FOUR categories: Standard = The majority of dragons. It does not matter if they're Eastern, Western, Leviathan, Wyvern, Wyrm and other body-types. They can breed with each other. Two-Headed = Any dragon with two heads. They can only breed with other two-headed dragons (again, body-type does not matter) Pygmy = Pygmies can only breed with other Pygmy breeds. Like standard and two-head breeding, body-type does not matter (Pumpkin dragons, despite having a Standard egg sprite are pygmies) (DC) Drakes* = Drakes can only breed with other Drake species. *I specify DC Drakes as some people call Wingless dragons Drakes, but these are breeds like the Ochredrake, Berry Drake, etc.

Well, the Avarice dragons win on color for me, but the Behemoths win overall this release. Kind of wish Pygmies could breed with regular dragons (yeah, one can use a Delta dragon to kind of bridge the gap but...) because I think the Behmoths would pair nicely with Furors. I mean. Look at this: vs Pitfires are also another nice option but two very angry dragons just makes me laugh. Especially when it's big vs little

I finally got an Alpine egg last night before bed...Also misclicked a different egg and egg locked myself for 24 hours because rather than the smart option of 'Go to sleep and abandon it in the morning' - I went for "Take a chance and have a Vampire bite it in the hopes of it being tossed away" Now I have a dead egg and won't be freed up until tonight But I'll agree, they seem easier to get now that the initial 'hype' is gone

Aww, they're no longer screaming at their butts. Anyhow, love how dynamic both the male and female hatchling seem to be on poses. Have we had any guesses on names? Like my first thought was Scythe but that doesn't fit with their sorting. Sling-blade perhaps?

Alright, got my 4 Volcano babies and a single Desert. *Edit: I'm up to 2 Desert, 4 Volcano, just need 2 Alpine and I'll be out of the hunt.

I've been here since January of 2009 (if the oldest dragons on my scroll are to be believed) *looks at her summoning records* 1st GoN: March 28th, 2010 2nd GoN: May 28th, 2012 3rd GoN: June 8th, 2014 I suspect my gaps are because I forgot about it as opposed to failures (this game is a very casual off and on for me) 1st WoR: May 27th, 2026 2nd WoR: June 10th, 2026 3rd WoR: N/A (tried & failed June 24th. 2026) Given how random Summoning seems, versus the fact that GoN/WoR CAN NOT produce their own eggs and that only a set amount can exist (3 x amount of scrolls capable of summoning +/- those that might be in the Wilderness) = I suspect it may be well and truly random and that the ONLY reason success seems high in the beginning is because everyone is trying and reporting the data [I have seen a few people say they failed their first attempt shortly after the initial Trios grew so...] My guess, if there is something behind it beyond random is an odds system like: *all numbers are Hypothetical for easy math purposes* 1st attempt: 50 fail/50 success chance 2nd attempt: If 1st success - 60 fail/40 success If 1st failed - 40 fail/60 success And so on with the odds of a successful summon decreasing with how many GoN/WoR a player has: 3rd attempt; if player has 2 GoN/WoR: 90 fail/10 success if player has 1 GoN/WoR: 70 fail/30 success Something like this would make sense given how it seems more players have failed a 3rd summon than the other two attempts but who knows.

Tried my Third Summon - No success for me here. Ah well, least my first two tries succeeded.
